Fascial Distortion Model (FDM)
FDM is based on close observation of pain patterns. Posture, gestures and the way the pain is described show which fascial distortion is present, so the appropriate treatment can be applied precisely. Often noticeably effective after the first session.
Effect
- Individually adapted pain therapy
- Reduction of acute and chronic complaints
- Restoration of natural freedom of movement
- Rapidly effective treatment for functional disorders
-
Classic massage
Targeted treatment of muscular tension and restricted movement – from head to feet. The functional massage releases muscle chains, improves circulation and supports mobility.
Effect
- Pain relief
- Better circulation
- Muscle relaxation
- Improved mobility
-
Connective tissue massage
A specific technique for releasing adhesions between tissue layers such as skin, subcutaneous tissue and fascia. Through neurovegetative reflex arcs, the internal organs and the autonomic nervous system are also positively influenced.
Effect
- Release of tissue adhesions
- Improved tissue mobility
- Regulation through reflex arcs
- Support for organ function
-
Trigger point therapy
A targeted therapy that treats small, painful hardenings in the muscles (known as trigger points). These tense spots arise from overload or stress and can cause radiating pain as well as restricted movement.
Effect
- Reduction of referred pain
- Release of tense muscles
- Improved joint mobility
- Support for local circulation and regeneration
-
Cupping massage
An effective technique for loosening deep tissue layers, stimulating circulation and supporting the metabolism. Particularly suitable for stubborn tension or to activate lymph flow. Combines well with classic massage, sports massage or FDM.
Effect
- Relaxation of the muscles
- Release of tissue adhesions
- Support for circulation and detoxification
-
Manual lymphatic drainage
Gentle, rhythmic hand movements activate the lymph flow and support the removal of tissue fluid. This method is decongesting, cleansing and encourages the body's own regeneration – particularly suitable for swelling, after injuries or to relieve the tissue in general.
Effect
- Activation of the lymphatic system
- Reduction of swelling and congestion
- Support for the healing process
- Support for detoxification and wellbeing
-
Reflexology
Targeted pressure on particular zones of the feet has a regulating effect on internal organs and body systems. Particularly suitable for complaints where direct treatment is not possible – for example after operations or in areas sensitive to pain. Through the reflex zones, stimuli can be applied precisely and blockages in the body released.
Effect
- Activation of the body's self-healing powers
- Support for the body's systems
- Relief of complaints by reflex pathways
- Whole-body relaxation and inner balance
-
Sports massage
Targeted preparation for physical exertion and support for regeneration after training. Releasing muscular tension improves circulation and preserves the elasticity of the muscles. At the same time stress is reduced and concentration supported – ideal before and after physical effort.
Effect
- Faster regeneration
- Reduced risk of injury
- Improved circulation and flexibility
- Reduction of stress and support for concentration
-
Massage during pregnancy
A gentle, targeted massage for relief during pregnancy. It helps to ease typical complaints such as back pain, tension or swollen legs and supports physical wellbeing during this special time. The treatment is adapted individually to the needs of the expectant mother.
Effect
- Relief of back pain and muscular tension
- Reduction of swelling and congestion
- Support for circulation and relaxation
- More wellbeing during pregnancy
-
Corrective exercises
Individually adapted movement exercises to improve stability and posture. They support the healing process and help to balance muscular imbalances and prevent recurring complaints.
Effect
- Stabilisation of the muscles
- Improved posture
- Prevention of musculoskeletal complaints
