My name is Tomasz Garbacz – a therapist by passion and with experience.
Born in Poland, I run my practice in Switzerland with commitment, empathy and expertise.
My philosophy is based on attentive listening, individual care and the aim of making real, noticeable changes in everyday life – not just short-term relaxation.
Education and further training

2004–2007
State University of Applied Sciences in Poland
Bachelor in Sport Science with corrective gymnastics. Here I acquired skills in, among other areas: corrective exercises with elements of rehabilitation, posture diagnosis and the fundamentals of massage.

Massage school in Zurich
Qualified as a wellness masseur, deepening my knowledge in the field of health and wellness.

Acomed school in Zurich
Qualified as a professional masseur, acquiring skills in the therapeutic field.

Acomed school in Zurich
Qualified as a therapeutic masseur, specialising in the musculoskeletal system. The training covers medical, social-science and therapeutic fundamentals as well as specialist modules: classic massage, reflexology, manual lymphatic drainage and connective tissue massage.

Angitia Academy / GFDMO in Warsaw
Qualification in the globally recognised Fascial Distortion Model (FDM) after Stephen Typaldos D.O., with qualification in the treatment of all six distortion types as well as manual FDM manipulations.
